Beat sugar cravings + stay satiated with this tasty snack {video included}

Whilst grazing throughout the day is unhelpful, listening to our hunger signals and honouring them when we are really hungry is essential to eating in a balanced way. It helps to prevent intense cravings that can lead to overeating and bingeing.

This healthy banana bread recipe contains protein, fibre, healthy fats, minerals and vitamins. The sweetness comes from the bananas (and chocolate chips if you're using them) It's also wheat, gluten and dairy free.
