Juliet's Road to Recovery from Binge Eating
Juliet came to me for help with binge eating whilst also struggling with her energy, digestive issues and low self esteem. Food had become her source of comfort for dealing with stressful situations and feeling low.
Despite facing numerous challenges , Juliet embraced a new approach to her relationship with food. “I had periods of binge eating on and off for the last 10 years but recently I had hit my lowest point ever. I had tried regular therapy over the years and that had helped in some respects, but really needed something more.
