There is an argument that all foods are OK in moderation, and this is largely true if we have an overall healthy diet and want to maintain a healthy relationship with food that doesn’t become obsessive. We don’t want ‘being healthy’ to become something that feels like a chore or that has you missing out on some of the things you really enjoy.
